COVID-19 Update: Our retail shop is closed until further notice. We will be fulfilling online orders on a daily basis.

We are taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We are packing all orders with gloves and disinfecting product and surfaces multiple times a day.

We will not be accepting returns until further notice.


All packages ship from our shop in Santa Barbara, California. Currently, we are only accepting orders in the U.S. Orders are usually shipped within a day of processing, excluding backordered items, weekends and shipping holidays.

All orders will be shipped using Standard Ground Shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for transit.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical mailing address.

Shipping Address Updates

Re-routing a package after it has shipped from our facility is subject to a $12.00 service fee. We strongly recommend checking your confirmation email promptly after placing an order.

In-store Pickup Orders

For local customers, free "In-store Pickup" is available at checkout. We will send you an email after your order is processed to coordinate a pick-up time. Feel free to email with any questions!

Returns + Exchanges

  • All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached.
  • No stains, pet hair, human hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells.
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.


  • Shoes must be completely clean, unworn and returned in the same state they were received.
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.

Pre-Built Skateboards, Skateboard Decks and Parts

  • Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
  • All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
  • All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
  • Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Decks and Wheels

Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. You may always return a product as long as it is unused and shrink wrap is sealed.

Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will be sent back to the customer with no refund. All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the Invoice date. Returns and Exchanges received after 60 days may also be returned to the customer or issued store credit, at the discretion of Lighthouse Skate Shop.

Defective Product

Please note, product purchased more than 30 days from the original invoice date will not be considered for defect.

If you think your product is defective, please email us with a photo of the product. We will investigate this according to our standards. If we believe the product was defective, we'll ask you to send it back to Lighthouse and can investigate further with the manufacturer.

    Riding a skateboard in the rain will void any manufacturer's warranty and/or any acceptable return.
